Ann King


Ann King received her nursing degree from the Montreal General Hospital School of Nursing Class of 1954.

Depty Mayor Town of Rothesay 1983-1995.

Served on Fire and Library Boards representing the Town of Rothesay.

Volunteer for Red Cross and Cancer Society Greater Saint John area. In service to cancer patients Saint John. Chaired the Rothesay campaign and had a Community Coffee group to make cancer dressings for the cancer Society.

Life Membership for New Brunswick Cancer Society.

A Founder of Rothesay C.A.M.R. now C.A.C.L.

Served for years on Provincial C.A.C.L. Made a Life Member of the Provincial organization.

Taught Girl Guides, the Red Cross Homemaker’s course.

Receptionist for Rothesay Medical Clinic.
